Then, we propose a personalized trip based on your profile and the purpose of the celebration. If it makes sense to you, we proceed with the reservation confirmation, including all documentation, terms, and necessary support.

Does Honeymooners offer travel insurance?
Yes. We work with trusted partners to offer travel insurance tailored to your profile and chosen destination.
More than a formality, insurance is part of our commitment to your peace of mind. From international medical coverage to protections for flights, luggage, or unforeseen events — we always recommend the most suitable option for your itinerary.
Is the travel health consultation scheduled by us or Honeymooners?
The travel consultation is scheduled by you, directly with the insurance provider, about 1 to 2 months before departure. The consultation is online, free, and optional. The contact is listed on the insurance certificate.
If you need help, we’re always here to guide you.
How far in advance should we start planning the trip?
Ideally, you should start planning 6 to 10 months in advance. This allows for more options in dates, flights, hotels, and experiences — especially during high-demand periods.
Most importantly, it gives you space to dream without pressure and enjoy each stage of the process with calm, clarity, and excitement.
Does Honeymooners handle check-in or do we?
Yes. As soon as online check-in is available through the airline, we take care of it for you.
We send the boarding passes via email or WhatsApp so that you can focus only on what matters: taking off.

Quotes, Payments, and Documentation

It’s simple. Just fill out the form on our website with a few details about the type of trip you’re looking for — dates, ideal destination (or still undecided), estimated budget, and what inspires you most.
Once we receive your request, we’ll get in touch to schedule a video call. That conversation is the starting point for us to get to know your story and begin building the perfect trip together.
What is included in the trip quote?
Each quote is unique — just like every couple. The proposal we send may include flights, accommodation, transfers, experiences, activities, travel insurance, and all the necessary services to ensure a smooth and memorable journey.
Everything is thoughtfully designed according to your profile and what you want to experience — with complete transparency from the very beginning.
How does the payment process work?
Payment is made securely and flexibly, with different methods available. During the booking process, we explain all the options and deadlines so that you can choose what works best for you.
Most importantly: everything is handled with clarity, professionalism, and close support.
When is the invoice issued?
The invoice or receipt is issued within 3 business days after payment and sent to the email you provided during the booking process.
If you can’t find it, we recommend checking your spam folder. If you still haven’t received it, just ask — and we’ll happily resend it.
Where can we find the insurance certificates?
The insurance certificates are sent along with your travel confirmation email. If you can’t find them or need them again, we’re always available to resend them.
Just let us know — and we’ll take care of it.

The timing of our contact depends on how far in advance your trip is. If your departure is within 120, 90, 60, or 30 days, there are specific contact points to schedule activities, confirm services, or handle visas and documentation.

Does Honeymooners handle the check-in?
Yes. As soon as online check-in is available from the airline, we take care of it for you.
